I spent the other evening just grabbing "scrap" for my painting class, taping it up to see what commonalities, if any, I saw. Some of these sheets are old. I rarely get rid of inspiration scrap, I keep them in a file cabinet, in hanging files. Its not pretty inspiration, but what's in there feels like gold.
What about you guys? I'd love to hear how you collect inspiration images. Besides pinterest (which is awesome, don't get me wrong), what about pieces of paper, magazine pages, bits of fabric.. that inspire you.
