I am a big fan of Rae Grant's books and we own all of them. They really celebrate the types of kid crafts from when I was a kid. Her simple and thoughtful projects are easy enough for my kids to do, and appealing enough to keep their interest. There's no complicated supplies and prep, and, at 12, Emma can take Homemade Fun or Crafting Fun to her room and come out an hour later with completed projects, (I am especially thankful for that Rae).
Rae has graciously offered one lucky wise craft reader a set of both Crafting Fun and Homemade Fun, along with another suprise, a bunny made by Rae, a project from Homemade Fun, similar to the ones pictured. A sweet gift for a little one to find under the tree.
Just leave a comment here on this post and I'll randomly draw a name on this Saturday, December 4th (so that the winner can get the book in time for some Christmas crafting).
Good luck everybody! In the meantime, you can visit Rae's blog, My Little Hen, for more holiday craft ideas. Thanks Rae!
Update: comments have been closed and winner has been chosen. Thanks to all who entered!
